Ã*ÔInstructions for First Month's Questionnaires•ƒ The following questionnaires are to be asked: the household roster, asset holdings, grain and cash holdings, livestock holdings, labour sales and purchases, credit (both "in" and "out"), and farm input and output sales and purchases. In the morning, before you start any interviews, be sure that you have put in your ring binder at least the following number of questionnaires: Household roster ..... 4 (1 for each interview + an extra) asset holdings ..... 4 grain and cash holdings ..... 4 labour sales and purchases .....12 (1 is filled for ”each• transaction) credit .....12 "in" + 12 "out" farm input and output sales and purchases ..... 4, but also 20 relationship forms You should put them in your ring binder in this order, filling the appropriate number of questionnaires from each section as you go through the interview. When you complete an interview, after leaving the house you can remove the questionnaires you have filled, and move them to the back of the ring binder.
