Amicus brief of April 27, 2000
Four economists (Robert Litan of Brookings, Roger Noll of Stanford, William Nordhaus
of Yale, and F.M. Scherer of Harvard) have filed an amicus curiae brief on alternative
strategies on remedy in the antitrust case of U.S. v. Microsoft.
